A healthcare organization in Dartford is seeking a Digital Transformation Testing and Training Operational Team Manager. This full-time role focuses on shaping service delivery through effective training and testing initiatives. Full-time: 37.5 hours per week

We are seeking a confident, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Digital Transformation Testing and Training Operational Team Manager to join our progressive and forward-thinking team. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping and enhancing service delivery through the development and implementation of effective training and testing initiatives.
Applicants should have a strong understanding of NHS practices and demonstrate the ability to identify and implement innovative technological solutions that support improved service outcomes and patient care. The organisation places great importance on collaborative working, user-centred design, and the development of effective professional relationships.
The postholder will be responsible for overseeing the training & testing of IT and clinical systems, including Rio, OxCare, eObs, eMeds, as well as emerging technologies such as RPA, AI, and voice-to-text solutions. You will provide line management/leadership for the Band 6 Digital Systems Trainers and eLearning Developers, supporting a broad range of professional groups including clinicians, nurses, and administrative teams.
Working closely with the Digital Operational Programme Lead, you will contribute to system redesign, process optimisation, and the successful delivery of training and testing.
