Digital Transformation Project Manager

Our client, a leading organisation in the energy industry, is seeking a skilled and experienced People Digital Transformation Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of the People Digital Transformation (PDT) programme into the business, ensuring seamless alignment of HR policies, processes, and systems. Reporting into the Group PDT programme lead and the head of integration for the business, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of key transformation project activities.

The ideal candidate for this role will have proven expertise in managing HR transformations, particularly within the context of large-scale acquisitions and subsequent integration activities. It is essential to have experience with SuccessFactors and ServiceNow as underlying technologies, as well as a strong track record in change management and communication to drive successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of the PDT programme, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives and integration activities.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive transformation plan, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.
  • Drive change management initiatives to support the adoption of the new People operating model, processes, and systems.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, people teams, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for transformation initiatives across the business.
  • Oversee end-to-end project management of the People systems deployments, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and status reporting.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of HR transformation and integration efforts.
  • Ensure all people processes and systems comply with relevant regulations and governance standards.
  • Proven experience in managing HR transformations, particularly within a large-scale acquisition and integration context.
  • Expertise in SuccessFactors and ServiceNow as underlying technologies.
  • Strong change management and communication skills to drive successful outcomes.
  • Stakeholder engagement and collaboration abilities.
  • Project management proficiency, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and status reporting.
  • Track record in establishing and monitoring KPIs to measure the success of transformation and integration efforts.
  • Knowledge of compliance and governance standards related to people processes and systems.
