Job summary

The ExtraCare Charitable Trust in Coventry is recruiting a Project Lead (Digital Transformation) on a 6 month fixed term contract. The role involves supporting the Portfolio Manager, defining project scope, coordinating digital projects, and communicating options to stakeholders.

It requires experience in project delivery, PRINCE2/Agile knowledge, and strong collaboration with business leads. The position offers hybrid working, a salary of £45,000 per annum, generous leave, a pension scheme, and

Qualifications

Experience in delivering projects or similar delivery roles.
Recognised project management qualification (PRINCE2 or equivalent).
Knowledge of PRINCE2 and Agile methodologies."
Experience with digital systems, solution testing and UAT processes.

Responsibilities

Support the Portfolio Manager in implementing project management standards and best practice.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, plans and responsibilities.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to formulate and communicate options.
Plan, organise and implement digital projects, including system rollouts.
Facilitate meetings/workshops and capture lessons learned.
Produce clear reports showing progress to aid decision-making.
Coordinate with teams, stakeholders, managers and suppliers.
Manage change communications and benefits realisation.
Create and maintain project documentation and manage risks and issues.
