Job summary

Fortnum & Mason is seeking a Project Manager to lead the Digital Transformation agenda from our Head Office in central London. You will drive business change, deliver new technology platforms or enhance existing tools to improve conversion and customer experience within retail/hospitality contexts.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years' experience as a Project Manager in cross-functional projects.
• Experience in retail or hospitality sectors is desirable.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Define project activities, dependencies and critical path.
• Plan resources and coordinate internal and third-party delivery.
• Collaborate with senior managers to manage interdependencies and risks.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and vendors; ensure benefits realization.
• Ensure testing, UAT, service transition and change management are in place.
