The opportunity:

The digital transformation programme director leads global enterprise transformation, delivering value-led change across systems, processes, data and compliance. Managing blended teams and partners, the role drives business and operating model transformation, requiring proven global programme leadership, private equity experience, commercial focus and a strong understanding of value creation and EBITDA improvement.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Directing value-led global transformation aligned with strategy and growth.
• Delivering scalable systems, processes and data improvements.
• Directing Oracle-enabled finance and HR transformation.
• Establishing robust governance, financial control and delivery.
• Strengthening trusted data, reporting and insight.
• Embedding compliance, controls and risk management.
• Managing integrated teams, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Driving adoption, benefits and sustainable BAU transition.
• Ensuring investment delivers sustainable business value.

You’ll Need To Have

• MSP, PgMP, PMP, PRINCE2 practitioner or equivalent programme leadership qualification.
• Agile, SAFe, Lean Six Sigma or equivalent delivery/change methodology certification.
• Strong Oracle Fusion, finance and HR transformation expertise.
• Experience leading enterprise systems, governance and blended delivery teams.
• Strong executive judgement, commercial discipline and stakeholder leadership.
