Job summary

BDO UK is seeking a Manager within its Digital Transformation team to lead technology-enabled programmes and deliver value for clients across strategy, discovery, and implementation.

You will collaborate with Data, Cyber, Infrastructure, Business Applications, and Risk specialists while contributing to business development and people development.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end digital transformation programmes across strategy and delivery.
• Proven ability to manage multiple engagements with high-quality standards.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Experience managing Digital Transformation engagements, including digital strategy, discovery, planning and systems implementation management.
• Strong understanding of project/change management and/or business analysis frameworks such as PRINCE2, Agile, MSP, Lean Six Sigma or ADKAR.
• Experience with leading Business Applications from Oracle, SAP, Workday, Microsoft, Sage and IFS.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines.
• Experience leading small teams and collaborating with senior internal stakeholders.

As a Manager within BDO's Digital Transformation team, you will lead and deliver technology-enabled transformation programmes that help clients solve complex business challenges, improve performance, and realise sustainable business value. Working across a diverse client base, you will support organisations through the full transformation lifecycle, from strategy and discovery through to technology selection, implementation, and adoption.

You will work closely with other Digital specialists in Data, Cyber, Infrastructure, Business Applications, and Risk to deliver integrated solutions, while also contributing to business development, practice growth, and the development of our people and culture.

You’ll be someone with:

• Experience managing Digital Transformation engagements, including: digital strategy, business analysis/discovery, project / programme planning and systems implementation management.


• A strong understanding of project/change management and/or business analysis frameworks and methodologies, including one or more of: PRINCE2 or Agile or MSP, Lean Six Sigma or ADKAR


• Experience of working with, assessing, or implementing leading Business Applications from vendors such as Oracle, SAP, Workday, Microsoft, Sage and IFS.


• The proven ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.


• Experience leading small teams and collaborating effectively with senior internal stakeholders.
