Job summary

OBR Group Limited is seeking a decisive technology leader to head a six-person team within the Change function. You will translate strategy into delivery and act as second in command to the Head of Change, earning trust to make bold decisions from day one.

You will shape security, infrastructure and automation initiatives across the business as it scales, fostering growth, coaching colleagues and driving high performance in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a technical or multi-disciplinary team.
• Security experience (cyber, infrastructure, Azure security, or ISO audits).
• Understanding infrastructure and its role in scaling a business.
• Experience delivering work in sprints or agile environments.
• Coaching mindset—develops others and fosters growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team day to day, with line management and escalation duties.
• Manage delivery, sprint planning, calendars, milestones and roadmaps.
• Own information security and embed security practices across the business.
• Shape technology infrastructure to support growth as the company scales.
• Identify automation and AI opportunities with practical impact.
• Build a high-performing team and support new starters' success.
