We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Transformation Consultant with a background in IT systems design, quality governance, and business process optimization to join our EdTech consultancy. The successful candidate will lead and support digital transformation initiatives, helping design, implement, and standardize education-focused IT systems that enhance the learning experience for Middle Eastern students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business and IT analysis for educational software platforms and internal digital tools.
• Design and optimize end-to-end IT systems supporting digital learning and student services.
• Identify and document business and technical requirements for platform enhancements and new implementations.
• Define system architecture and integration strategies aligned with quality and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, TL9000, CMMI).
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops with partners and clients across the Middle East region to assess needs and propose solutions.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the business, development, and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct internal assessments and support audits to ensure standards and best practices are met.
• Guide project teams through digital transformation journeys using Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies.
• Provide training and mentorship on IT governance, compliance, and digital system best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Engineering Management, or related IT discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in IT systems analysis, quality management, or digital transformation projects.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, ISO Lead Auditor (27001/9001), or CMMI SCAMPI.
• Proven experience delivering IT governance and standardization projects within cross-functional, multicultural environments.
• Demonstrated ability to design, improve, and audit enterprise-level IT systems, preferably in an EdTech or telecom setting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, especially across Middle Eastern markets.
• Experience working with or within consulting environments (e.g., PwC, Quint, Stat-A-Matrix) is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with EdTech platforms and learning management systems (LMS).
• Knowledge of Saudi Arabian and broader GCC education sector needs.
• Ability to operate across hybrid and remote teams in dynamic, high-growth environments.

Location:

UK-based, with periodic travel to the Middle East.
