Job description

As a Digital Transformation & AI Strategy Consultant, you will advise on the strategic adoption of digital technologies—focusing on Agentic AI—to help our clients improve customer experiences while ensuring compliance with regulatory, legal, and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Act as a strategic advisor or subject matter expert to executive stakeholders on digital transformation, emphasizing AI readiness and compliance.
2. Deliver thought leadership, market insights, and future trend analysis to guide technology and business strategy.
3. Identify opportunities for innovation, assess emerging technologies, and advise on their potential business impact and risk profile.
4. Develop actionable roadmaps, business cases, and transformation blueprints aligned with financial services organizations’ objectives.
5. Assess organizational readiness for change and recommend models for agility, operational scalability, and innovation enablement.

Required Skills & Experience

1. Extensive experience in strategic advisory roles within financial services, consulting, or digital transformation domains.
2. Deep understanding of AI trends, regulatory frameworks, and ethical implications of emerging technologies.
3. Proven ability to develop business-aligned technology strategies, risk mitigation frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.
4. Strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior executive levels.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, synthesize complex information, and provide clear, actionable recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Strategy, or related fields.
