Job summary

Royal Berkshire is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead large digital transformation programmes within the NHS framework. You will shape and manage progress, budget, and governance, coordinating clinicians, executives, and the ICB while delivering high-impact programmes.

You will drive Agile delivery, mentor teams, and enable efficient funding bids, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills to sustain momentum and excellence across projects.

Qualifications

• Masters level or equivalent experience/qualifications.
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
• Professional Scrum Master (PSM) I and/or AgilePM/Lean Six Sigma or equivalent practical experience.
• Change management training.
• Professional Scrum Master II or similar advanced project management qualification.
• MSP or ITIL certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage a wide range of DDAT projects ensuring deliverables meet quality, time, and budget.
• Build and maintain multi-disciplinary DDAT delivery teams, motivating collaboration.
• Coach and mentor teams to apply Agile and Lean tools and techniques.
• Develop and communicate plans, business cases, and change management strategies.
• Develop communication plans and report lessons learned to staff and stakeholders.
