  3. Accreditations and Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain and expand accreditations and licenses; lead engagement with accreditation bodies, regulators, scheme owners, chambers, and associations; select appropriate partners to align with strategic goals.
  4. Process Improvement and Digital Transformation: Drive process improvements, innovation, and digital transformation initiatives to enhance competitiveness, agility, and client experience.
  5. Service Portfolio Development: Develop and expand our service offerings, including sustainability, quality, and digital trust portfolios, with input from business leaders. Lead business case development, strategic planning, team building, and oversee commercial and operational activities, dedicating approximately 30% of time to client-specific projects.

  • Experience leading teams, complex projects, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strategic planning, organizational, and leadership skills; excellent communication abilities.
  • Interest in non-accredited services like ISAE 3000, internal audits, and product claims.
  • Global awareness of sustainability assurance requirements and market trends.
Specific Requirements
