A healthcare organization is looking for a Digital Trainer to join their team in Lincoln. In this role, you'll deliver training and create engaging learning materials, supporting users with Clinical Systems. The position involves flexible working and travel between sites to enhance Digital Training and Testing within the Trust.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Digital Training Team. The post holder will deliver and evaluate training, supporting users in the workplace, including individuals and staff groups, through face-to-face, virtual, and eLearning methods. Applicants with experience in delivering Clinical Systems are preferred but not essential. Experience in digital content design is preferred; however, successful applicants will be expected to learn. As a Digital Trainer, you will create engaging and interactive learning materials, including e-learning modules and instructional videos. The role also involves working as part of the testing team, creating scripts, and running test sessions.
We are seeking a reliable, patient, and adaptable person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Applicants should possess the ability to quickly learn complex tasks and communicate this learning clearly and concisely. The post holder will work autonomously to meet deadlines and manage their workload.
You will be expected to work flexibly, including traveling between sites to provide training, support, and knowledge to facilitate the implementation and development of Digital Training and Testing within the Trust. The role involves evaluating and testing current and new software, as well as planning, developing, delivering, and evaluating training courses and materials.
