Job summary

Wickes is seeking a Digital Trading Executive to accelerate digital sales across wickes.co.uk, apps, and online-in-store. You will support the Trading Plan delivery, manage web merchandising content, and drive site performance using analytics and CRO tools.

You’ll collaborate with Commercial and Digital Experience teams, turning insights into actions to improve conversion and category performance.

Qualifications

• Degree level or equivalent with 2+ years in digital eCommerce.
• Experience across product discovery, search, visual merchandising and trading.
• Understand eCommerce KPIs and CRO principles; able to act on insights.
• Experience with CRO tools such as Bloomreach or Algolia.
• Proficient with Google Analytics/GA4 and contentsquare.
• Experience with CMS systems and spreadsheet tooling.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of the trading plan across digital platforms and campaigns.
• Brief, update and check content related to trading activities; upload content as needed.
• Optimize website performance with tools for site search, merchandising and navigation.
• Walk category journeys, identify friction points and propose tests to improve conversion.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Digital Experience teams and external partners.
• Produce reports and insights on KPIs like traffic, conversion, path to purchase.
