Job Description

Responsible for Digital Trading across your allocated fascia groups, reporting to the Group Head of Digital Trade. This role includes line management of Trading Managers or relevant team members across various brands. Versatility, adaptability, and multi-tasking are essential. You will oversee the commercial model and reporting to make strategic recommendations to boost digital sales and enhance on-site experience. Strong stakeholder management skills are crucial to ensure alignment of strategy across the business.

  • Ensure the success and delivery of digital sales, including forecasting profit and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the Group Head of Digital Trading to develop and implement a digital strategy aligned with brand and business objectives.
  • Manage trading performance structures, including meetings and insight reports, working across departments to incorporate customer and market insights into forecasts and actions.
  • Develop and execute data analysis plans to support growth using analytical tools.
  • Present ideas and analysis to align business processes and projects.
  • Lead and own the digital trading calendar, ensuring campaigns, promotions, and initiatives are executed to optimize the customer journey.
  • Work with Digital Marketing to align product and trading strategies with digital marketing efforts across channels like SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Affiliates, and Loyalty.
  • Optimize site navigation, customer journey, and product placement to improve conversion rates and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with CRO and UX teams to influence development priorities.
Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Clear objectives and achievable digital KPIs.
  • Ability to build motivated, collaborative teams.
  • Active contribution to digital strategy.
  • Valid work rights for the EMEA region.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, advanced Google Analytics and Excel proficiency.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms.
  • Minimum 7 years in a similar eCommerce role within retail or consumer brands.
