The Role

We are looking for a Digital Trade Coordinator to join our rapidly growing E-Commerce Team supporting our International Kurt Geiger sites. You will be responsible for the Europe and Mexico markets. Reporting to the Senior Trading Manager for all Kurt Geiger markets as well as our Head of Digital Trading.

Responsibilities

• Work with Trading Manager to drive the direction of the trade plan to achieve sales targets, working in collaboration with brand marketing to ensure messages are seasonally relevant and compelling for the customer
• Support the International CRO strategy working actively across a number of initiatives, with updates shared regularly, that utilises our suite of CRO tools to drive increased site conversion & performance
• Be a key point of contact for the digital Global business, collaborating with B&M, Marketing, Development and Design in order to achieve sales targets
• Effectively manage Capita off-shore relationship to ensure product uploads are timely and site standards are upheld upon new products going live
• Manage, test and optimise onsite merchandising and product rankings in order to maximise our commercial ambitions
• Optimise the search and navigation functionality to deliver greater product discovery and on-site engagement
• Work closely with the B&M departments to ensure stock levels, sell through rates, allocation, newness and replenishment are all factored into the digital trading plan
• Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to help optimise traffic performance by highlighting product or category opportunities within the trading plan
• Support other digital team members as required, communicating our trading plan and insight in terms of commercial opportunities
