Job summary

Randstad Cpe London is seeking a Digital Tools Lead to drive mobilisation and continuous improvement of digital engineering tools across a major HS2 rail programme. You will support design environments (Bentley, Autodesk), manage collaboration via M365/SharePoint/Teams, and ensure CAD standards are consistently applied.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Digital Tools Lead or related role within rail or major infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Bentley MicroStation, OpenRail Designer, ProjectWise and AutoCAD.
• Experience supporting Common Data Environments (CDE) and information management.
• Understanding CAD standards and digital engineering workflows.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Previous work on HS2 or major UK rail programmes is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead mobilisation and continuous improvement of digital engineering tools across the programme.
• Support and administer engineering design environments including Bentley and Autodesk platforms.
• Manage collaboration via Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Teams.
• Support ProjectWise and CDE workflows.
• Work with engineering teams to ensure CAD standards and digital processes are applied.
• Support software deployment, user adoption and governance.
• Collaborate with Design Managers, Digital Engineering teams and IT to improve workflows.
• Provide technical support and guidance for engineering software and digital tools.
