We are looking for a Digital Technology Lead, Solutions & Programs to join our Digital Transformation (DT) Patient Solutions team, based in our Slough office, in the United Kingdom.

About the Role

You will participate and drive technology initiatives, ensuring they align with Patient Solutions strategic priorities. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to accelerate scientific research through effective technology solutions, while managing project execution.

Who You’ll Work With

You will work closely with the Patient Solutions team, including IT professionals and business stakeholders, to understand the needs and opportunities for enhancing science and technology delivery. You will also collaborate with multi-disciplinary IT teams and lead initiatives that streamline and future-proof digital solutions in life sciences research.

What You’ll Do

  • Participate in projects and programs from planning through execution and closure
  • Manage project scope and stakeholder expectations
  • Drive decision-making to ensure successful delivery of advanced technology initiatives
  • Lead meetings and inspire project teams
  • Identify and explore opportunities for innovation in technology solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen and future-proof digital infrastructure

Interested? For this role, we’re looking for the following education, experience, and skills

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field with 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Exposure to project and program management (e.g., internships, previous roles)
  • Understanding of pharma R&D processes and technology solutions
  • Experience with scientific data management and analysis is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, and work independently
