Responsibilities:

  • 1 st point of contact for Taskmaster candidates via telephone. You will open tickets and triage queries. Where necessary, these ticket requests will be escalated to other members of staff to respond to.
  • Become a superuser of Profile (CRM system). You will use Profile to upload applications, complete reference checks and ensure both client and candidate information is up-to-date.
  • Design marketing mailerson Canva and distributing them via MS Outlook to clients.
  • Enhance social media footprint on Facebook and Instagram, with the aim of gaining a larger outreach.
  • Making timesheets through MS Excel. You will also be inputting payroll and holidaysonto Profile to ensure temp staff are paid accordingly.
  • Strengthen connection with clients via on-site visits with Taskmaster's Group Operations Manager & Account Managers.

Salary:

With an excellent starting apprentice salary of £25,396 per annum and regular reviews based on performance this is a role that is not to be missed. After successful completion of your apprenticeship, and good performance levels you will have the opportunity to progress.

Working hours:

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am-5pm - one hour for lunch.
