About the Role
The Digital Success Executive oversees the rollout of lead management tools at exhibitions, including project management, understanding customer needs, analyzing past event performance, and setting lead management goals. This role requires attending exhibitions, managing suppliers, and gathering customer feedback. The executive works closely with the Head of Customer Success, Senior Digital Success Executive, and the Customer Success team.
