The Role

This is a strategic leadership position for someone who combines deep digital expertise with commercial and creative acumen. You’ll lead from the front, partnering closely with senior clients, internal teams, and vendors to build digital strategies that go beyond media plans and drive meaningful business outcomes.

You’ll sit at the intersection of creativity, media, data, and tech, bringing clarity to complexity, making the work smarter, and ensuring it cuts through in an ever-evolving landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the strategic lead across major digital and integrated accounts, setting direction across campaign planning, innovation, and digital transformation.
  • Collaborate with the Comms Strategy Partner and C-Suite to shape agency positioning, product, and POVs on the future of digital media.
  • Mentor and inspire a team of strategists, helping elevate craft, confidence, and commercial thinking across the department.
  • Be a senior voice in new business pitches, leading the digital narrative and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Stay sharp and authoritative across the full digital ecosystem, including media platforms, data, martech, and measurement.

About You

  • 10+ years in strategic digital roles across media or integrated agencies.
  • Comfortable setting the strategic vision while remaining hands-on in campaign thinking.
  • Fluent in the language of data, platforms, technology, and creativity.
