Digital Specialist Quality Assurance - 12 Month Secondment/FTC

We are seeking an innovative professional to develop and implement the QAD digital strategy, aimed at driving continuous improvement in quality and compliance metrics, while boosting productivity within our quality department. This pivotal role will leverage a Lean, digital, and data-centric approach to enhance the performance of quality assurance and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the innovation and execution of improvements in quality assurance and control processes using digital technologies (ie PowerBI, PowerApps, Tulip etc).
  • Utilize data analysis, digital product development, and project management to address productivity challenges with digital solutions.
  • Apply Lean principles and foster business partnerships to achieve measurable business outcomes.

  • Experience of working within a quality and compliance environment and application of policies, procedures and guidelines
  • Knowledge and experience in lean principles and problem solving

Desirable Criteria –

  • Basic understanding of a pharmaceutical company
  • Good understanding of systems, technology and data
  • Experience working with digital technologies
  • Experience working in a QA/QC function
