Location: Aspire Business Centre, Tidworth

Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, no weekends

Your Role

You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of ADSL’s Digital Transformation Strategy. You will be responsible for analysing business requirements, shaping digital solutions, supporting application development, and collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver innovative transformation outcomes. You will work closely with the Head of Digital and the Digital Change Manager to ensure solutions are grounded in business needs, aligned with strategic objectives and integrated with core platforms. You will analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for digital solutions. You will collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders throughout the organisation to understand processes, needs and identify opportunities for digital innovation.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level, or equivalent, in a relevant discipline (e.g. Business, IT, Change Management, or similar).

Experience

• Proven experience in planning and delivering digital change initiatives is essential.
• Experience working in cross‑functional teams and liaising between business and technical colleagues.

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to align with the vision is key.
• In‑depth understanding of business activities, delivery models, and business processes is beneficial in this role.
• A high degree of data literacy is needed.
