Job Title: Digital Solutions Manager
We're thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Digital Solutions Manager to take the lead in shaping the future of our digital landscape! This pivotal role will drive the strategic development and optimisation of our core digital platforms, with a growing emphasis on AI-powered innovation and data-driven transformation.
From overseeing key systems like our Learner Management System (LMS), Salesforce CRM, AI tools, Power BI, and HR systems, to managing central SQL databases and integration processes—this role is all about unlocking smarter, more connected, and scalable solutions that power real insight and impact.
You'll be at the forefront of accelerating digital enablement across the organisation, ensuring our platforms not only support but actively enhance both our operational effectiveness and our learners' success. A key part of the role also includes managing our Virtual Learning Environments (VLEs) and working hand-in-hand with curriculum leaders to elevate digital learning delivery, ensure precise reporting, and harness data in ways that truly support learner outcomes.
