Qualifications

• Has experience or strong knowledge in IT/Digital Skills/Business Administration or related fields
• Can engage and motivate learners with diverse needs and experiences
• Understands the value of digital skills in supporting long-term independence
• Builds positive, professional relationships and supports learner success
• Communicates effectively and builds positive, professional relationships with learners
• Is organised and confident in assessment, tracking progress, and meeting awarding-body standards

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging introductory digital skills programmes focusing on basic computer skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Sessions are designed to be engaging, practical, and relevant, encouraging learners to apply knowledge to real-world situations such as job searching, workplace communication and budgeting
• Provide structure and support needed to achieve success and progression for learners
