As a Digital Skills Trainer, you’ll deliver a mix of group and one-to-one sessions - both in-person and online - helping older and disabled people build the confidence and digital skills needed to thrive in today’s connected world. We provide a free helpline so people can ask about how technology can be adapted to meet specific access needs, and we provide free factsheets, blogs, online tools and webinars about the many ways that technology can help older and disabled people.
Our teams of accessibility experts help organisations of all types and sizes build accessible digital products and services, with our commercial services helping to fund our work in digital inclusion.

Location: This role is only open to applicants based in the Belfast region, due to the geographic scope of delivery. Access to reliable transport is essential.
