Job Description: Digital Skills Coach

We are seeking an energetic, engaging, and experienced Digital Skills Coach to join our Digital Skills Team. This team supports our staff by designing and delivering instructor-led training and on-demand digital content to enhance digital literacy across the firm.

The successful candidate will report to the Digital Skills Manager and will be based in one of our UK offices, with flexibility for hybrid working. Occasional travel to other UK and international offices may be required.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and deliver instructor-led training sessions, both in person and remotely.
  2. Create engaging digital content, including videos and interactive eLearning courses using tools like Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, and Rise.
  3. Develop and support training materials for various software applications and workplace technologies.
  4. Support the digital upskilling of staff in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in delivering large-scale training sessions and creating digital learning content.
  • Proficiency in using eLearning development tools such as Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, and Rise.
  • Experience within a corporate or legal IT training environment, ideally with a document management system like iManage.
  • Optional: Trainer qualifications such as CIPD, MCT, or TAP.
  • Knowledge of MS Windows, M365 suite, document management, practice management systems, remote working technologies, and cloud/SaaS platforms.

  • Engaging training style with an understanding of diverse learning preferences.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for end-users.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Technical aptitude to understand underlying infrastructure and system configurations.
