Job Description: Digital Skills Coach

We are seeking an energetic and engaging Digital Skills Coach to join our Digital Skills Team, based in one of our UK offices with hybrid working options. The role involves designing and delivering instructor-led training and creating on-demand digital content, including videos and interactive eLearning modules.

Responsibilities include:

1. Delivering live training sessions and presentations to large audiences, both in person and remotely.
2. Planning and developing course content and training materials for various workplace technologies.
3. Creating digital learning content using tools such as Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, and Rise.
4. Supporting staff in upskilling on technologies like MS Windows, M365, document management systems, and cloud-based tools.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in delivering instructor-led training and creating digital content.
• Proficiency in using eLearning creation tools and video editing software.
• Experience working within a corporate or legal environment with document management systems.
• Desirable: Trainer qualifications such as CIPD, MCT, or TAP.
• Knowledge of key technologies including MS Office, document management, practice management, remote working tools, and cloud services.
