Job summary

Live Recruitment is seeking an Event Digital Signage Manager to lead the CMS and digital signage platform across our venue estate. You will own day-to-day operations, manage technical delivery, and drive improvements in signage and content strategy, collaborating with commercial and venue teams.

The role suits someone with hands-on CMS/digital signage experience, ideally from live events or venues, with potential transferable background from events, retail, or transport.

The Company

One of Europe's leading venue operators, welcoming millions of visitors annually across a broad programme of exhibitions, major congresses and large-scale live experiences. A recent expansion has added significant new capacity, and the organisation continues to invest in its digital infrastructure.

The Role

This is the operational lead for a new and growing CMS and digital signage platform, sitting within the digital and creative function and responsible for technical delivery, troubleshooting and continuous improvement across the venue.

• - Own day-to-day operation and development of the digital signage CMS platform

The Candidate

The right Event Digital Signage Manager will have hands-on experience managing a CMS or digital signage platform, with a background in digital signage operations that means you can hit the ground running on both the technical and stakeholder sides of the role.

A venue background is a genuine advantage, though the client is open to transferable experience from events, retail, transport or any sector where screens, content platforms and technical delivery intersect. If you are ready to step up as an Event Digital Signage Manager, creative flair is a bonus but not the priority.

A 10% discretionary bonus, hybrid working and time off in lieu for weekend rota duties sit alongside a genuinely invested digital programme.
