Job description

Overview

Lead or support service journey discovery UX/UI design reviews for ongoing projects. Coordinate with vendors and business users on the administration, planning, and management of RPA projects, using tools such as UiPath. Maintain and support content management of the intranet portal, using platforms such as SharePoint Online. Coordinate with vendors on design documentation, feedback loops, and implementation timelines. Contribute to the development and refinement of digital analytics reporting. Assist in the creation of SOPs and operational documentation for digital platforms. Provide input on design systems and service enhancements based on user and stakeholder feedback. Strong background in digital service delivery, UX/UI design, RPA implementation, or intranet content management. Able to work independently and contribute meaningfully to design, automation, and analytics processes.
