Job Title: Head of Commercial Management

UHNM is embarking on an ambitious new digital strategy and is seeking a Head of Commercial Management to ensure the delivery of secure, reliable, and flexible digital technical services. This role involves overseeing procurement, managing third-party contracts, and establishing effective relationships with strategic suppliers to maximize value for money.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure all digital services, including client devices, network, servers, data centres, data warehouse, applications, web services, and security devices, are procured effectively with clear commercial processes, SLAs, and contracts.
2. Establish frameworks and processes to manage third-party suppliers throughout the contract lifecycle, including timely replacements to avoid unnecessary extensions.
3. Develop relationships with strategic suppliers to drive value and added benefits.

Candidate Requirements:

• Motivated, enthusiastic, and self-driven with the ability to work under pressure.
• Flexible approach and excellent prioritization skills.
• Willingness to work across both Royal Stoke and County hospital sites.
