Job Description:

The Digital Service Offerings Manager defines, manages, and commercializes digital service offerings within the Service Business Unit. The role involves identifying market opportunities and collaborating with technology teams to innovate solutions.

Reporting to the Digital Service Solution Head, this position works closely with the Digital Service Product Management Team and BU commercial teams to develop business cases, define roadmaps, and support deployment, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business strategy, and technology. The role also supports strategic customer dialogues with the Marketing & Sales functions at global and hub levels.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Responsibilities:
  1. Service Digital Portfolio/Offering Strategy: Develop strategies to package digital service solutions into comprehensive and competitive offerings aligned with business objectives.
  2. Innovation & Growth: Identify new digital service opportunities leveraging IoT, analytics, cloud, and automation technologies to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
  3. Business Case Development: Build business cases for new digital services, ensuring feasibility, commercial viability, and scalability.
  4. Service Transformation: Collaborate with stakeholders to transition from traditional to digitally enabled service models, aligning with strategic targets.
Operational Responsibilities:
  1. Service Offering Development: Support development and design teams with insights from market needs and customer feedback.
  2. Roadmap Execution: Oversee implementation of digital service initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and deployment.
  3. Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: Define and track KPIs, ensuring ongoing improvement, adoption, and scalability.
Financial & Business Responsibilities:
  1. Revenue Growth & Commercialization: Develop pricing, go-to-market, and commercialization strategies for digital services.
  2. Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Collaborate with marketing and sales to analyze sales and adoption data, optimizing ROI and customer satisfaction.
  3. Budget Management: Manage budgets related to digital service development and deployment.
Collaboration & Governance:
  1. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external partners to align initiatives with industry trends and customer expectations.
