My client has an exciting opportunity for a fluent German & English-speaking, career-oriented, and ambitious candidate with 2+ years of phone-based customer service experience in an office environment to join as a German-speaking Customer Service Advisor in Birmingham.

This role is a balanced German and English speaking position supporting their Munich and UK offices.

They are seeking a candidate with strong customer service and relationship-building skills who wishes to utilize their German language skills professionally. You will handle queries from insurance brokers and customers via their digital service platform, requiring excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.

Experience in insurance is advantageous but not essential. Candidates from any professional background are welcome, provided they are fluent in German and English. Please do not apply if you do not meet this language requirement, as applications will not be considered.
