Qualifications

• +5 Years of relevant experience as an Art Director or in similar contexts.
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand storytelling in fashion and luxury.
• Fluent in the CGI workflow with a focus on luxury aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with CGI and Project Management teams for creative consistency.
• Create impactful pitch decks that articulate concepts clearly.
• Supervise graphic intern(s) and maintain a high standard of project execution.

We are looking for a passionate and creative DIGITAL SENIOR ART DIRECTOR to join our team.

The role involves close collaboration with both our CGI team and the Project Management team, ensuring creative consistency and production efficiency throughout all phases of delivery.

We are specifically looking for candidates who are open to relocating to Italy, as this is a full-time position based at our Milan office

Main Responsibilities

• Possess strong technical knowledge and production skills to create mockups, examples, and layouts that support creative initiatives, and work closely with the Digital team to produce assets and mockups for the development and execution of digital campaigns.
• Create excellent and impactful pitch decks and director's treatments for idea presentation, articulating concepts clearly and concisely.
• Ensure the quality, relevance, and flawless execution of each project, in line with CACTUS’s aesthetic
• Demonstrate a deep passion for imagery and iconography, curating and organizing image libraries for internal inspiration.
• Utilize technical tools proficiently, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, with Al knowledge being an advantageous asset.
• Supervise the graphic intern(s)

Qualifications

• +5 Years of relevant experience in a similar context, as an Art Director in a production company or advertising agency or creative studio like us.
• Fluent in the CGI workflow with a strong focus on luxury aesthetics, ensuring high-end visual output from creative concept to final render.
• Leverage AI-powered tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, GPT, Midjourney, Krea, Runway, to develop cutting-edge visual concepts and expand creative possibilities within the luxury sector.
• The candidate must be based in Milan, or willing to relocate
• A strong portfolio that showcases a keen artistic eye and an understanding of brand storytelling in the context of fashion and luxury.

Knowledge of motion design tools such as Premiere Pro and After Effects.
