Job Description:

  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid
  • Language Requirements: Fluent in English and French or Arabic

As our new Digital Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and partners, as well as retaining existing ones. You will communicate with our customers through various channels, including social media platforms. In collaboration with our Account Managers, you will work with lead generation and follow-up of sales activities to up-sell and cross-sell from other key services and vendors within the cybersecurity portfolio.

Other responsibilities:
  • Growing your individual book of business by proactively generating new qualified leads
  • Conducting cold calls to prospects using various communication channels
  • Documenting activities properly, forecasting opportunities accurately, and communicating new opportunities effectively
  • Collaborating with customer teams toward common goals, account plans, and retention strategies
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in roles such as customer support, help desk, sales, or marketing
  • Ideally 6+ months of experience in lead generation and/or cold calling
  • Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, communications, IT, or related field is advantageous
