A leading company in digital experiences is seeking an Entry-Level Digital Specialist to support project management and quality control tasks across various clients. You will engage in project initiation and delivery, manage relationships with the project team, and perform content authoring. Why this role?

You will be supporting the Project Management and Quality Control team across the full range of our clients and internal digital projects to aid in the successful development and delivery of required solutions.

What’s involved?

You will be managing required aspects of the project from initiation through to delivery and beyond. These tasks will include:

• Content authoring (new content and revisions)
• Creation of PowerPoint presentations, including transitions and animations
• Localisation of materials
• Proofing and reviewing of digital materials
• Production of job bags (PDF documents with screenshots for review and approval)
• Managing upload and annotation of PDF submission documents for review and approval
• Supporting the Project Management team in project admin and housekeeping tasks as and when required
• Supporting the Quality Control team in testing of solutions and content proofing as and when required
• Ad hoc duties as required
  
  

Relationship Management:

• Develop and manage relationships with internal resources (primarily Project Management, QA, Development and Design)
• Build and sustain strong working relationships with the entire huumun team
• Work in line with the Operating Standards
