We are a character-driven team, united by our ambition to deliver excellence. One of our core strengths lies in our exceptional Support team—individuals who consistently go the extra mile to help our clients execute world-class events.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager to join the Eventogy team. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects by acting as the main bridge between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.

You will:

  • Manage a cross-functional Production team day to day via Scrum methodology
  • Ensure all team members are aligned, efficient, and working towards clear deliverables.
  • Maintain a high standard of project delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams.

You will report directly to the Chief Technology Officer, working closely with senior leadership while enjoying a high degree of autonomy.

This is a hybrid role with on-site requirements at our Farringdon, London office, and occasional remote work and travel. A smooth handover will be provided as you'll be stepping into the responsibilities of our outgoing Head of Digital Delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a cross-functional matrix team of developers and designers to deliver high-quality platform and mobile products.
  • Act as Scrum Master, running daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retros, and driving delivery momentum.
  • Partner with the Product Owner to help shape the delivery roadmap, refine backlogs, and align priorities to business goals.
  • Own end-to-end delivery, hitting milestones and holding the team accountable for outcomes.
  • Work with PO to create and maintain key documentation: specs, briefs, risk logs, delivery reports etc.
  • Oversee major integration projects (e.g. Zoom), managing dependencies and cross-team coordination.
  • Balance live incident handling with steady project progress, ensuring both get the right attention.
  • Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, feedback loops, and Agile best practices.
  • Use delivery metrics to prove efficiency and build trust in the team’s say:do ratio.
  • Mentor teams on Agile, engineering discipline, and growth mindset to boost capability.
  • Stay current with tech trends and tools to push the product and platform forward.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years’ experience in project management or a similar role in a tech/digital environment using Agile principles and techniques.
  • Strong command of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Zendesk
  • Experience managing cross-platform development teams in production: web, app, and social.
  • Owns and builds performance data sets to track progress, optimise team output, and drive data-led decision-making
  • Skilled at building collaborative, productive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Scrumban, FDD, etc.
  • Ability to manage full project lifecycles: scoping, planning, resource management, delivery.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Self-driven, with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
  • Familiarity with conferencing tools like Zoom and WebEx is a bonus.
  • PSM/CSM certifications are desirable.

Please note: Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and be currently based here. Sponsorship is not available for this role.

Location: This is a hybrid role with shift-based work. Candidates are expected to be physically present in our Farringdon, London office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
