Our team is made up of strategic thinkers, performance marketers, creatives, and client service experts who thrive on collaboration and results.

We’re now looking for a Project Manager to support our day-to-day operations, ensuring that communication, deliverables, and processes between our internal AC team and client’s eCommerce Managers/Directors run smoothly and efficiently.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

This is a key support role for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, independent, and thrives on bringing structure and clarity to fast-moving environments. You’ll help streamline operations, keep projects and communications on track, and support internal stakeholders and clients alike. This role is perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys project managing and optimising processes, even if you’re earlier in your career.

  • Act as the operations backbone between Brand’s Ecom Managers/Directors and our internal AC team.
  • Monitor task and project progress using tools like Asana, Slack, Excel etc
  • Schedule and coordinate internal and client meetings; manage agendas and follow-ups.
  • Track and follow up on communications across Slack, email, and project platforms to ensure timely action and updates.
  • Ensure deliverables are moving through the pipeline on time and to standard.
  • Support in pulling weekly/monthly performance reports and updating project documentation (training will be provided)
  • Identify gaps or bottlenecks in existing workflows and propose improvements.
  • Build and maintain clear SOPs and templates where needed.
  • Create visibility for the team on status, timelines, and risks.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Exceptionally organised – You love a good checklist and have a sixth sense for when something’s off track.
  • Independent and proactive – You take initiative, follow up relentlessly, and rarely need to be told twice.
  • Process-driven – You thrive on building better systems, automating repetitive tasks, and eliminating inefficiencies.
  • Strong communicator – Clear, concise, and consistent across all channels (Slack, email, calls).
  • Detail-obsessed – You catch the things others miss and make sure the team looks good because of it.
  • Comfortable using and learning project management tools and dashboards.
  • Agency or marketing experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Entry-level applicants welcome if you can demonstrate exceptional organisational and communication skills.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Prior agency experience (nice to have but not essential)
  • Meta, Google ads experience (nice to have but not essential)
  • Ecommerce experience (Shopify, Shopify Plus) (nice to have but not essential)
