Job Description
Are you fanatical about excellent ecommerce? Are you as interested in how a site works as much as how it looks and feels to the customer? Do you have 2-3 years in-house experience within an ecommerce/UAT role, or experience in project management at a web development agency and keen to work in house for a market-leading international brand? If the answer is yes to all those questions, we have the perfect role for you!
We have an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of a motivated, energetic ecommerce team driving a European retail business forward. This is a key role within the business reporting into the Ecommerce Delivery Manager, supporting with the successful growth and expansion of numerous international websites, both transactional and non-transactional. This role will cover:
You will assist with the day-to-day management of the sites, capture and define website requirements across multiple projects by liaising with team members & agencies. In addition, you will support with workshops, industry/competitor research, planning, document creation, data preparation and UAT.
The role could be suitable for candidates from a variety of backgrounds, but what is key is real ecommerce aptitude and interest, understanding in testing or how websites work, exposure to the non-coding aspects of web development either in-house or at an agency.
The role is hybrid based after your 3 months' probation, with 50% of the time needed in the office, which due to its rural location would in most scenarios require you to drive.
