Job Description:

Are you passionate about excellent ecommerce? Are you interested in how a site functions as much as its appearance and user experience? Do you have 2-3 years of in-house experience in an ecommerce/UAT role, or project management experience at a web development agency, and are keen to work in-house for a market-leading international brand?

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to be an integral part of a motivated, energetic ecommerce team driving a European retail business forward.

This key role reports to the Ecommerce Delivery Manager and supports the growth and expansion of multiple international websites, both transactional and non-transactional.

Your responsibilities include requirement gathering, backlog planning, prioritisation, bug resolution, UAT, release management, and project launches.

You will assist with managing the sites daily, capturing and defining website requirements, liaising with team members and agencies. You will also support workshops, industry research, planning, documentation, data preparation, and UAT.

Applicants from various backgrounds are encouraged to apply, but key qualities include strong ecommerce aptitude, understanding of website functionality, and exposure to web development processes, either in-house or at an agency.

The role is hybrid, after a 3-month probation, requiring 50% office presence, which may necessitate driving due to the rural location. If interested, please send your CV for consideration and further contact.
