Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Digital Project Manager to join our client based in Liverpool (and globally) for a long-term contract.

The client is in the logistics industry. The contract will run until the end of the year, with potential for extension. The position requires 2 days per week on-site in Liverpool.

This role reports to the Regional IT Director and supports the expansion of technology teams across Europe. The Regional Technology Director requires assistance with regional activities.

Responsibilities

• Centralize and analyze project information from each country.
• Lead regular meetings with local, regional, and HQ technology teams.
• Prepare reports for group-level management.
• Facilitate communication between Head Office strategies and local operational realities.
• Ensure operational alignment between the Regional IT Director and local entities.
• Drive follow-up on technology projects across the region.
• Report project progress to central management.
• Support local teams in implementation, issue escalation, and problem-solving.
• Define and design project specifications with project teams, focusing on quality, budget, and deadlines.
• Manage project managers to establish and respect project schedules.
