  • You will take ownership of full projects or parts of large-scale programmes, ensuring delivery meets quality, time, and cost parameters, with appropriate governance such as plans, risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as necessary until resolved.
  • You will track and manage project progress and budget, providing accurate reports to senior project managers and governance boards. You will actively manage change and governance, considering cross-project impacts.
  • You will manage team dynamics, fostering collaboration and shared ownership, resolving conflicts, and establishing a positive team culture.
  • You will build and manage stakeholder relationships across internal teams and suppliers, proactively identifying and managing risks and issues.
  • You will communicate consistently with internal and external stakeholders, tailoring messages to suit the audience and align with broader project messaging.
  • You will take responsibility for your own learning and development, continuously enhancing your knowledge and skills, coaching, mentoring, and identifying improvements in ways of working.
  • All Synergy roles are based in the Synergy Chief Technology Office (CTO) and involve managing aspects of technology delivery. As part of a cross-government transformation programme enabled by Oracle ERP technology, stakeholder management and cross-departmental collaboration are key. Experience in ERP implementation is desirable but not essential.
