Job summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Trust as we continue our digital transformation journey into its second year.

As a Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering key digital solutions that enable service transformation.

We are seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to support the Trust in implementing digital technologies and innovations. Your role will include defining project objectives, overseeing quality control and risk management, and creating and managing project teams to ensure successful delivery of workstreams throughout the project lifecycle.

The Digital Transformation team provides guidance and support to key stakeholders across projects of varying scope, from corporate to clinical services, ensuring effective resource utilization.

Main duties of the job:

  • Lead and manage defined digital projects for the Trust.
  • Provide leadership and focus for project teams.
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders about project development and delivery.
  • Manage risks and ensure benefits are realized.
  • Have experience implementing digital projects in health or social care settings.

This is a Fixed Term / Secondment position until 31st March 2026.
