We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our Learning & Organisational Development (L&OD) team as the L&OD Digital Project Manager at Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust. This fixed term role will focus on several key digital projects for 2025 which include fully utilising the functionality of our online learning platform, leading on the online learning aspect of the RSFT/SABP Temporary Staffing collaborative, supporting the national statutory and mandatory training review and a full review of suitability of our current CPD and professional online learning programmes.
You should have a proven track record in project delivery and digital leadership. Have strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and experience in building effective cross-team relationships.
