Job description

Mid Cheshire NHS Hospitals Foundation Trust will develop a new health and care neighbourhood, which will include our new Leighton Hospital in Crewe. This is a once in a generation opportunity to change how healthcare is delivered, and how each of us can play our part in creating the best, Healthier Future.

You could be part of our programme, as a Digital Project Manager, where you will play a crucial role in our digital programme. You will manage several initiatives, deliverables and projects to support the development of a digitally enabled system, which can support a transformation in the way we deliver care. You will drive projects, activities and deliverables within the programme, working closely with the programme team to ensure success.

  • Deliver programme activities to discover existing pathways of care, understand the capabilities of the digital solutions, design and assure transformed pathways of care and support the ability and willingness of stakeholders to adopt the new ways of working.
  • Document all aspects of the transformation activities, producing blueprints where opportunities allow.
  • Create and lead own Project Delivery Group, ensuring key processes are followed.
  • Apply methods of nurturing a culture of change excellence.
  • Support the reporting of progress to all key stakeholders, escalating issues, risks and programme decisions within the remit of Transformation as required.
  • Deliver responsibilities within the agreed time and financial constraints.
  • Working proactively to support and monitor system adoption and benefits realisation.
  • Support the new ways of working compliance with the DCB0160 Clinical Safety Standards.
