Job Description
Position: Digital Project Manager - £50,000 - £60,000 (12 month FTC)
Location: Chertsey – 2/3 days onsite
Our client is a fast-paced, multinational environment where you’ll play a key role in taking ownership of delivery managing in-house projects or through partners in defined timelines and budget, through your good knowledge of change management and vendor management.
Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed within defined timelines and budgets, either in-house or through external partners.
- Manage change and vendor relationships, ensuring smooth collaboration and compliance with industry standards.
- Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO-9001 standards for successful project execution.
- Regularly review partner-led and in-house projects, engaging with HQ business teams to align with strategic goals.
- Facilitate project monitoring using lean principles and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement a structured Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process with partners.
- Establish a value delivery framework to drive innovation and continuous improvement in project execution.
- Proactively identify project risks and dependencies, ensuring preventive actions are in place to mitigate potential challenges.
- Manage the workforce supply chain, planning for key roles and collaborating with PMO teams to enhance project delivery methodologies.
What are we looking for?
- Over three years of experience within eCommerce/retail experience.
- Extensive experience in Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and MVP-centric product design.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, including Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and automation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with a background in handling complex on-site and virtual team environments.
- Operational expertise in demand and supply management, resource allocation, and financial processes (internal and external).
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation within teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and facilitate discussions effectively.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA for project tracking and workflow management.
