A leading aerospace organisation is looking for a Digital Project Lead (Contract) to join their team in Stevenage on a 12-month contract basis.

In this role, you'll join the production systems efficiency team to deploy digital projects such as manufacturing execution systems and other topics. As Digital Project Leader, you will ensure effective project management of the digital portfolio, delivering projects on time and within budget, generating benefits, and mitigating risks.

Responsibilities include:

• Development and deployment of Digitalisation projects.
• Collaborate transnationally to align digital projects with a 2-5 year centralised plan.
• Ensure effective communication aligning with business expectations using recognized methods.
• Manage demands at plant level versus central initiatives.
• Achieve Digitalisation Route Map milestones annually.

Experience/Skills required:

• Technical knowledge in Manufacturing Engineering, Digitalisation & backbone systems.
• SAP Operating System knowledge.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong project management, organizational, and planning skills.
• Autonomous, flexible, and proactive mindset.
