We are seeking an exceptional Digital Project Executive to join the Digital Projects team on a fixed term basis for 12 months at Maybourne.

The Digital Project Executive will report to the Senior Digital Project Manager and will work closely with the wider Digital and Brand Marketing teams, as well as with relevant hotel teams. The Digital Project Executive will work closely with the delivery team on a brand-new website for Maybourne and a suite of new and existing digital projects.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
As a Digital Project Executive your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
- Be a key member of the agile project team to deliver a brand-new website for Maybourne. Working closely alongside the agency partner, and supporting the Senior Digital Project Manager, the successful candidate will work across all elements of the new website - from design to functionality through to testing and final delivery.
- Attend and lead project stand ups, demos, retrospectives, and workshops to represent Maybourne as a project subject matter expert.
- Prioritise effective stakeholder communication to keep the wider team informed of progress.
- Ensure we champion and represent our users throughout our projects to implement a best-in-class digital experience, this could include facilitating and supporting on user testing sessions and designing and delivering digital tests based on insights.
- Work with the project team to make sure sprints are delivered on time and are on budget.
- Monitor and report on project progress, making sure that stakeholders are informed of every step.
- Work closely with the team to optimise the digital journeys for our guests across the booking engine and guest app.

Entry Requirements
Successful candidates for our Digital Project Executive opportunity will:
- Previous digital project experience or experience working with website content management systems.
- A user-focused way of working to ensure the best possible digital experiences for our guests; experience of using UX and experimentation tools is a plus.
- Team player with a proactive and solutions-focused approach and the ability to use own initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, multitask and work in collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, a solid knowledge of Google Analytics and Excel is desirable.
- A good eye for design, with knowledge of image editing and web design programs such as Photoshop desirable.
- Strong passion for all things digital and latest marketing innovations and trends.
- Fluent in written and spoken English with an excellent attention to detail especially when it comes to spelling, punctuation and grammar. Knowledge of French is desirable.
