A leading design company in Nottingham is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator to assist in the delivery of multiple projects and support work streams. You will manage project planning, reporting, risk management, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have experience with digital tools and be highly organized. This role offers a generous clothing allowance, hybrid working, and 25 days of holiday plus Bank Holidays.

The Digital Project Coordinator will assist the delivery of multiple projects and BAU (Business as Usual) support work streams across the Digital departments. You will be supporting in all aspects of project management including: project planning, reporting on progress and performance, risk and issue management. This is a maternity cover role, based out of our Nottingham Head Office.
Manage the delivery of projects within the Digital teams, from the development of an initial business case through to post-implementation project retrospectives and on-going operational support.
Build an understanding of the Digital department process, turnaround times, and daily workflows.
Support the Project Managers with test plans, flow building, ticket creation, and meeting notes.
Highlight any risks involved in projects to the team.
Prepare and deliver regular status reports on projects, and complete other reporting as required.
Use internal project management tools and processes to manage scope breakdowns and resource assignment amounts internal and external teams.
Keep up with online and digital trends and have a good understanding of the wider Digital business.
