Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Scoping: gather requirements and clarify objectives, deliverables and success criteria.
• Planning: build realistic schedules and track project milestones.
• Coordination: organize communication between teams and track actions.
• Prioritization: rank requests by impact, urgency and resources.
• Tracking: update dashboards, identify blockers and suggest adjustments.
• Acceptance testing: prepare checks and gather user feedback.
• Improvement: analyse journeys and propose changes.
• Adoption support: document new tools and help teams adopt them.
