Qualifications

• Currently studying events, communications, tourism or project management.

• Strong attention to deadlines, budgets and logistics.
• Excellent English communication; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Concept development for event formats, objectives and programs.
• Plan preparation stages and track deadlines.
• Research venues and suppliers, compare proposals.
• Prepare estimates and monitor spending with supervisor.
• Prepare invitations, materials and participant information.
• Coordinate registrations, equipment and speaker needs.
• Support event delivery including reception and schedule.
• Gather feedback and review costs for improvements.
